I used China Glaze Pool Party as a base then stuck star shaped stickers on my nails once the polish dried. I painted over the entire nail with an unknown brand of black nail polish, once the black polish was dry I peeled off the stickers and used 1 coat of Seche Vite to make everything shiny and pretty!
